General Information
The Postal Customer Council (PCC) program is a national network of mailers working with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to educate mailers and improve the quality of postal service.
The Vermont PCC is a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for mailers, and all who are involved in mailing (advertising, printing and marketing) to meet and consult with local USPS representatives. Working together, mailers learn to better understand postal regulations, procedures and mailing options while the USPS gains a better understanding of customer needs.
A combination of meetings, seminars, workshops and discussion panels are offered. These all focus on better methods of mail preparation, mailing options, correct interpretation of rates and regulations…all things mailers need to make mailings easier and more cost effective.

Tournament Details
The entry fee is $275 per team of 4 golfers/$75 per individual and must be paid at the time of registration. Registration closes 8/7/10. Entry fee includes 18-holes of golf with the use of a golf cart. Each team of four golfers will be provided with a complimentary large bucket of balls on the practice range prior to the start of the event. Also included is a BBQ lunch, on-course events and prizes. If you do not have a team of golfers, please sign up and we will make you part of another team. Sponsorship opportunities are detailed below.
Tournament Format
The format for the outing will be based on 4-person teams. You will be playing an 18-hole scramble. A scramble is played with each player teeing off, the team then chooses the best drive of the four. From this spot, each player hits their next shot and continues this process until one ball is holed.

We have a number of different options for sponsoring the VTPCC Golf Outing. Below you will find our different packages as well as rates. We are always willing to work with you and your company to come up with a sponsorship program that works for both of us.
Sponsor Packages
Platinum Sponsor: ~$500~
Package includes the sponsorship of one golf hole complete with a tee sign, two golf cart signs with your name and logo prominently displayed on the front of the carts and a team of four golfers.
Gold Sponsor: ~$400 ~
Package includes the sponsorship of two golf cart signs with your name and logo prominently displayed on the front of the carts and a team of four golfers.
Silver Sponsor: ~$100 ~
Package includes the sponsorship of one golf hole complete with a tee or green sign with your name and logo.
Bronze Sponsor: ~ $50 ~
Package includes a cart sign with your name and logo prominently displayed on the front of the cart.
